unlinking prime gaming to relink so I can acquire missing prime gaming content
I have tried to unlink both links to my prime gaming account so I can reset the link but its not letting me reset them, I have two stuck linked accounts that cant be removed or relinked, and it caused me to not receive my prime gaming loot, yes I tried all the steps the faq says to try but I still havent received the content, and this is the first time I havent been able to receive the rewards the content doesnt even show up on my bungie.net account as claimed either but shows up as claimed on my primegaming account

5 RepliesMake sure you have Amazon Prime only one person can claim so if you share make sure it has not already been claimed. Make sure you have a Twitch Account. Sign into Prime Gaming. Find Destiny 2 loot drop click claim. Go to Bungie.net and log in Go to Amanda Holliday. The rewards will go to whichever platform you have set as your primary. These steps are all you need to do if done correctly it should work just fine. Unlinking MAY mean you may not be able to claim it this month and will have to wait until next month.
