Guided Games honestly just isn't worth it. Not enough people use it to make it worth using consistently, especially after the beginning of the season. In the few times I've used it, I've typically seen queue times range anywhere from 20 minutes to "unknown" (which, from my experience, is going to be at least an hour long queue time more often than not). In that same time you can just boot up lfg and usually find someone trying to get a group together, or just make a post yourself and form a group on your own terms. Of course, that's just from the solo player experience. I've never done GG with the rest of my clan to see how well the other half of the matchmaker works. I would imagine it works much quicker than the solo queue, but again, lfg exists and the latter is generally more efficient.
