Not Receiving Fireteam Invites - Xbox

Hi...I'm having issues receiving fireteam invites. I can send from the app but if I join someone else's they don't come through. I'm on Xbox one, if that helps. Any advice welcome.

Just hard reset your Xbox every time you play destiny 2, that’s what I have to do and am always able to recieve fireteam invites
