So, about a month ago more or less, I posted here asking for help with my Bungie Store account password issue, and the only answer I got was to contact the store's customer support, which I had already done back in late October, but to no avail. Regardless, it seemed like that was my only option, so I decided to contact them again, hoping for a better outcome.
Unfortunately, I got no such luck, and to this day, I haven't receive an answer from the customer support regarding my enquiry, which means that I'm still not able to receive the e-mail with the link to reset my password, meaning that I can't login to the Bungie Store.
Is there any other way for me to solve this issue? Any other service that I can try to contact apart from the Bungie Store customer support? And how much time does it usually take the customer store to answer an enquiry? It has been almost two months since I first contacted them and I still haven't gotten an answer.

Hello there, Unfortunately, since the store and the game forums are completely separate entities the only option would be to try sending another request to the store via their ticket system.
