bungie pls buff pulse rifle damage in pve
took it in GM, it's the worst, took it in normal it's still the worst.
with the range nerf to all pulse rifles i never use them anymore, except outbreak perfected which has decent rang, stability and damage just ramps up overtime, also good with unstoppables.
the damage itself is just weak precision damage compared to a scout at rapid fire it's just outclassed by scouts, bows, handcannons, etc.

I’d also try No Time to Explain if you have it. Can literally just sit there and spam shots forever. It’s also got really solid range and accuracy. Pulses, SMGs, and Autos could use precision damage buffs or something. Sidearms need a lot more of a buff in endgame content.
