Silence and squall is a tier 2 super as well, unlike what the patch notes say.
That is because of Stasis Abilities have "by default" recharge slower than Light Subclass Abilities. This is like that since BY launch.

This is a new system and the other 2 supers were not miscategorized but received the before noted recharge rate. From twab: It’s also important to stress that this is the first iteration of this system – where any given Super will fall into the recharge rate tiers will change over time as we continue tuning. These are the Super regeneration rate tiers that we’re launching with on December 7: Tier 5 (Fastest Regeneration) Well of Radiance Tier 4 Blade Barrage Silence and Squall Tier 3 Shadowshot Burning Maul Arc Staff Nova Bomb Thundercrash Tier 2 Golden Gun Chaos Reach Nova Warp Stormtrance Daybreak Sentinel Shield Tier 1 (Slowest Regeneration) Spectral Blades Fist of Havoc Hammer of Sol Glacial Quake Winter’s Wrath

No man, that ADDS on the longer default CD of Stasis. It is not only because of the super tier changes.

That has nothing to do with anything. The light and stasis have been streamlined under this new system. Behemoth shares exactly the same super cooldown as top/bottom tree striker and all other tier 1 classes. It's the same deal for the other subclasses.

If you think so.

It's a fact. Nothing to do with what I think.
