I’ve been playing chaos reach for a week now and every time I use a rally flag it refills my super every time. Along with filling everything else

A rally flag always loads my super so I'm not too sure what you're speaking about but you know you can get your super back every minute or so in PvE even with the highest CD supers?... You just have to have the correct build...

This isn't surprising lol. Just need to wait for Bungie to apply a fix. 1. Change something. 2. Wait for bugs/critiques to rear out, then change something else, to offset the previous change. 3. Cross fingers/hope it works, and go repeat steps 2 & 3 sequentially as needed, maybe even indefinitely. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
