I've been trying to figure out how to stream Destiny, but I just don't know how to get good performance even when not streaming. I get 80-120 FPS with occasional stutters while not streaming, with no other GPU-intensive programs running.
Settings DO NOT MATTER. I get the same performance at 1080p as I do at 3440x1440 (my monitor's native resolution). I get the same performance on Low as I do on High. It never goes above 120 FPS.
While using any streaming software however, it goes all the way down to 40-60 with severe stuttering. I've tried all the fixes I could find online, but nothing changes performance at all. I would like to be able to stream this game without having to buy a second PC or sell my card and switch to Nvidia.
System Specs:
Windows 11 Pro (I had similar performance before switching to Windows 11, so I don't think it's OS related)
ASUS Crosshair Hero VIII
BIOS: 3501
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X at 4.4GHz (Tested with and without overclock, doesn't affect Destiny's performance)
32gb Corsair Dominator Platinum Memory
XFX Speedster MERC319 AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Black

Having similar issues with my 6900 XT. Destiny 2 is the only game it happens in. IMO don’t expect a fix from Bungie because I’ve dealing with it for quite some time now. I’m on Windows 10 so it’s not happening just because you’re on Windows 11.

Windows 11 is not officially supported yet and might not be for some time.
