Hello when I completed my exotic cypher quest I was not rewarded one. I made a new character to try and at least pick up the quest again but the quest is nowhere to be found! I checked on all three characters even in the lost quests tab. I really want the sleeper stimulant but now can’t get it because of this unfortunate bug :/ Can anyone help me? I posted about this earlier but got no response thanks bye.
