Don't worry I fully expect to get made fun of for this, but... Does anyone else try to figure out some of the characters' enneagram types? 😂 Its okay if some of yall don't know what that is but I think Cayde is a 7, Uldren was probably a 6 and Mara is an 8. Cayde was a 7 because he didn't like talking about hard stuff and defused everything with jokes and he was a total life of the party. I mean everyone liked him. A six's core fear is being abandoned/betrayed and they want to know that someone will always be with them, and they're and loyal. In stress they move toward the negative side of three and they become super focused on accomplishment and kind of pleasing people. Doesn't that sound like Uldren? Both he and mara reflect more of the negative side of their type cause they aren't very healthy people, plus Mara probably has NPD or at least something. Anyways unhealthy eights are super controlling and they also won't let anyone in because they're afraid of betrayal too so being distant is their way of trying to protect themselves. They withdraw and become disconnected from their emotions. And they always, always, always have to be right. So far those are the only three I'm PRETTY sure about but I'm gonna Crack the rest of them too. Edit: so far my theories for Petra have been i can't decide between 3 or 9 and so it must be one of those because each of those move towards each other in stress or in security. Could be a 3 because she seems to be pretty driven by sucess and getting Mara's approval, could be a nine because she seems to prefer trying to emulate Mara rather than developing her own personality, but probably 3 because nines aren't super big on taking action the way she is, like getting revenge. Nines don't like to rock the boat if they can avoid it but she seems to enjoy certain types of physical conflict. So idk. She's most likely a three.
