PS4 30th Anniversary Missing

Hi, a couple of weeks ago I purchased the Witch Queen Deluxe + 30th anniversary pack on PS4, however after logging in after the update I'm unable to access the dungeon and am prompted to buy the 30th anniversary edition again, however once directed to the PSN Store it tells me I have already purchased it! Does anyone have any advise as I'm unsure what to do?
