If my husband purchased the 30th anniversary on his console can I play it too with game share or am I gonna to have to pay for it again if I wanna play it on my console?
Does it behave like all the other DLC's or is it more like a Season Pass?
If there is already a thread about this I apologize, but I couldn't find anything referencing it.

It IS game-sharable, since it's a DLC. You'll have to get on the second account on your "home xbox", go to Manage Game & Add-Ons, then under the Add-ons manually check the expansion files to download and apply the changes. Should be ready to go after that, maybe with a restart or two!

It has a platform license so it can be shared to the same extent any other Destiny 2 DLC can be shared. If you're having issues enabling the sharing function you will need to contact Microsoft for additional assistance since gamesharing is not a feature of any game, but rather a feature of the console platform.
