The gun has perfect hip fire accuracy, dominates long range since its a scout rifle. It also has increased rate of fire to 150rpm when hip firing, so it's strong in medium to close range encounters too, not to mention that since you are incentivized heavily to hip fire with it, you have your radar up constantly while using it too.
This is all before even mentioning it's perk, which gives a stacking buff to damage for getting precision hits, which can take it from a 3 shot kill to 2 shot if full stacked or with an additional damage buff. (And if you get a roll with vorpal you can 3 shot supers)
Like with all this is it just me, or does this thing just blow literally every other primary weapon out of the water. Full disclosure, I don't have DMT and can't get it yet because i dont want to shell out $30 bucks for the deluxe since you cant get old season passes otherwise.
But I am really curious, what do other people think? Do I just not know how to play around it, or is there really no countering it aside from shotgun rushing?

I'd just remove High Cals and Vorpal from it, tbh. Maybe slightly hit the base crit damage so it's dealing the same to the head as a 120, but less to the body. Ultimately, though, DMT is always going to be something insanely hard to balance, especially considering it's already not great on controller, but really really good on KB+M
