I ordered it in a bundle with the Witch Queen and got an email within 24 hours with codes. THEN I got an email saying those codes weren't good and would be replaced with another email shortly. I never received that email and have been trying ever since to get the codes. Repeated emails to customer service only get me canned responses or recently diversions to other email addresses. I used the emails I was referred to but nothing. The anniversary edition is supposed to be playable in December and there's only 15 more days to resolve this. I was a day one beta player and will be MASSIVELY disappointed if I can't get this resolved in time. Can ANYONE help?

I had something similar happen to me, but in the other way. I got 2 codes for the anniversary and witch queen. The first being legitimate and working. The second being a dead code they sent me. I didnt try to activate it, I emailed them saying I received a code I didnt pay for and they said it was invalid so it was whatever. Sometimes...it takes awhile.

Where/who did you purchase it from? Best to just cancel the whole thing Blame Customer Service & Bungie for using such an archaic system
