For background: It was 9:59 (my time), 1 minute before bungie bounty was over and the streamer (Daykyri) was waiting in queue for his last match of the Bungie Bounty, we eventually matched but as it says in destinytracker, the match started past 10 even though he was on queue before 10, im really confused if i still qualify to get the Bungie Bounty emblem.
