My chest has been in pain since Wednesday night and right now it is the worst it has been yet, and I am unable to sleep thanks to that. I cannot deal with it any longer, so here I go to the emergency room! We're about to see if my time is up or not. Update 1: I am still alive Update 2: I will live! It appears to be a musculoskeletal thing, nothing too serious, apparently. I live! Update 3: I am going to sleep now, I didn't get any last night so I am quite tired.
