Still haven't gotten Mythoclast after my 18th clear and teammate gets a SECOND DROP

I am beyond upset. I have bought the legendary edition of Destiny 2 and the deluxe edition of Beyond Light. And after 18 clears of Vault of Glass I still have not gotten Vex Mythoclast, then my teammate gets a SECOND drop of Mythoclast. This has to be a bug. Yep just cleared it again and STILL NO DROP. BUT TWO SEPARATE PEOPLE ON THE FIRETEAM I WAS IN GOT THEIR SECOND DROPS. This is -blam!- bullshit.
