Similar to how Howl of the Storm consumes the melee charge for Stasis Titans, please make Shatterdive consume the dodge charge for Stasis Hunters. As it stands, it's still immensely powerful in pvp. The addition of a cooldown does not provide counterplay as the hunter only needs to win the immediate engagement and retreat until their Shatterdive combo recharges. This does not take long when Whisper of Shards and the Bomber and Grenade Kickstart mods exist.
It would require a greater level of strategy if the hunter has to choose between dodging to use an exotic or survive an engagement versus risking dying while holding onto their Shatterdive combo for a later opportunity.
