Cant claim exotic cipher from xur
I go to xur and nothing happens... how am I suppose to turn this in? I cant buy my new cipher, please help!

Hi there. The purpose of taking it to Xûr is to purchase a second exotic engram from him. So you have to buy the one he offers you and then you can spend the cipher on a second one. You can also use the cipher to purchase an exotic from the Monument to Lost Lights kiosk.
