After completing Tracing the Stars I, I picked up Tracing the Stars II from the Wayfinder’s Compass in the HELM. I went to the Strand and none of the Atlas Skews were there. I saw the known issue that the Altlas Skews won’t appear if they’ve been picked up prior to acquiring the quest, but I haven’t picked up any. I abandoned/deleted the quest from the quest log hoping it would reset it, but now the quest is gone and I cannot reacquire it from the Wayfinder’s Compass.
