Accessibility for those that are slightly deaf/hard of hearing

After seeing the recent Disabled Accessibility post I thought I'd give a wee post on the topic. As someone who's suffered nerve damage in my right ear (resulting in 70% hearing loss) I find many different types of sounds and frequencies very difficult to near impossible to hear. What makes it more awkward is that I can't hear most, near all mid range frequency sounds or those at the lower end, but my higher frequency hearing is more sensitive. So this is a major ballache when I'm trying to listen to any dialogue over the SFX of a myriad of weapons being fired and the incredible music playing in the background. I do use the subtitles option (religiously for everything as I struggle with speaking dialogue A LOOOTTT) but it's quite awkward trying to read them whilst also paying attention to my surroundings. So the idea I had was basically make the sound sliders longer in the options menu, so we can amplify the dialogue, music or SFX above 100, thus allowing us to add more volume to our specific choice. I know this would make understanding dialogue a helluva lot more easier for myself and I'm sure it'd help others too. Even those who have good hearing! Funnily enough I'm a sound technician and did my BSc in Sound technology, and this game has theeee most amazing sound effects and music I've heard, and I love hearing all the layers to everything, I just wish I could pump up the dialogue volume above 100 🙁
