Melee Kickstart is not functioning properly with other mods. When running Melee Wellmaker + Well of Striking and/or Heavy Handed, any benefits from Melee Kickstart seem to not take effect. Is this intentional? I assume it is not, and my working theory is that the Melee Wellmaker + Well of Striking and Heavy Heavy handed refill some melee energy before Melee Kickstart can take effect, resulting in the game thinking full melee energy was not consumed. I assume this issue would be present with grenade kickstart and the associated grenade mods.
Would love to see this addressed, as it really handicaps some fun builds.
