Iron banner themed maps, iron banner themed modes and better loot/cosmetics?
Make events unique & more reason to have incentive other than being common as it is right now.

I just wish the armor didn't look like trash bee keepers with horns.

I would [i]kill[/i] to have a Lighthouse-esque exclusive patrol space for Iron Banner to be the Iron Temple. Not sure how you’d go “Flawless” though.

Or bring back good D1 PvP maps (and remove Exodus Blue please).
