I keep getting really low frames on the PC version of D2 no matter what I do. Even when running a 3080 and I9 With 164 GB of RAM, Plus D2 is installed on an NVME SSD. I legit cannot get D2 to be playable on PC for some reason the only time I get more than 20 frames is when in the video settings menu UI at which point I get 300+ FPS and even then it still has a constant freezing and unfreezing issue like an extended stutter.
(Windows 10 OS fully up to date.)
I've tried :
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
Updating my Nvidia drivers. (Drivers are all up to date.)
Setting my CPU power settings to 100% for both min and max.
Disabling fullscreen optimization mode in the Destiny 2 executables Compatibility mode settings.
Obviously Restarting my PC.
Clearing the Temp files on my PC.
Setting Destiny 2's Priority to High in task manager.
I also tried turning the video settings all to the lowest possible just to make sure it isn't some graphics setting being weird and too taxing somehow, and it still gets 20 or less FPS. This literally only happens with Destiny 2 No other Game or program has had this issue.
If anyone knows a way to fix this I would greatly appreciate it! As I am out of ideas.

Check your ram usage while playing. People with outrageous rendering machines seem to have the worst problems when it comes to tons of RAM
