So I just came back to destiny 2, after I haven't played since it was on Battle.net.
I am one of those, who didn't know that I had to transfer my old heroes over, and now all my old -blam!- is gone - guess you can't do anything about that?
Anyways - I connected my Twitch to my Bungie account when it started out, so I could get the rewards. I've claimed the rewards since they started, but I of cause didn't know that I lost my old heroes - so I claimed the rewards without actually having made a hero/character.
The Twitch prime rewards are not being received, and Amanda Holliday doesn't give me my rewards.
Is there any way to still get them and/or perhaps still get my old characters? (Mostly interested in the cosmetics and the exotics I farmed)
Have a good day

Hi there. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account? If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your Partner Rewards section? If you accidentally linked the wrong Bungie.net account to your Amazon Prime account and you haven’t yet claimed the Destiny 2 offer, follow these steps: Step 1: Make sure you've logged out of the wrong Bungie.net account. Step 2: Follow the re-link URL to update your account link.
