Hawkmoon paracausal shot is bugged in crucible.
It seems that Hawkmoon's paracausal shot is completely random on when it wants to work, sometimes it does what you see in the video, sometimes it works perfectly more often then not it doesnt work unless you have full stacks but it's not a gurantee. It always seems to be 91 damage, which is 1 stack.
