Straight to the point first:
Bungie has good intentions. The current system needs work, however. Playing after going Flawless feels like a revision to previous season's Trials pools. Even when I team up with my friends who have not gone flawless.
The problem:
•Going flawless punishes any non-flawless player who teams up with someone who has already gone flawless.
Suggestions:
•Keep the Flawless pool but limit it only to teams where every participating player has been flawless that week.
•Give the option for a "reset" that allows players to essentially opt out of the flawless pool at a cost justifiable to the benefit. Example: ~losing the ability to acquire additional copies of the weekly adept weapon.
There's never going to be a perfect system, I know. My suggestions aren't perfect either, I know. But hopefully this snowflake can contribute to the snowball that inspires change.
I think Bungie has done well but I hope they're done done yet.

Non flawless players shouldn’t be playing with players who have gone flawless already anyways. How about go flawless with that friend that went flawless instead of letting them carry you lol
