How to unlink hacked steam account?
I unfortunately fell for a scam on discord, which led to me losing my steam account to the scammer. I wanted to unlink that's team account from D2 and Bungie, but it seems that I'm unable to do so without accessing the hacked account. I mainly play on PS4, and the account there is different, but I am not sure about what to do here. Please help, asking for a friend.

You need to work with Steam to reclaim your account. Use this as a lesson learned the hard way... do not give out account details to anyone (ps. It is called a recovery gone wrong not a hack).
