So, Why are Firing Line and Explosive Light so bad?
Seriously, Why are perks that we have to put effort into procing WORSE than pe- Okay we all know I am talking about Vorpal Weapon. I honestly don't get it. Who thought that was a good idea? Who? I can't for any reason think of why perks that take time or a situation to proc are just worse to use than a perk that takes literally no set up.
For the sake of balance, please fix this.

1 ReplyI remember I almost took out Bracus Zahn in the room before the actual boss fight with Firing Line. Of course this was on my Line in the Sand back in Season 9.
