So it can be used lol. I play a lot of quick play so the power cap doesn’t matter. You can reacquire mida mini tool and drang from banshee, should be the same for Rose? Think it might be to do with when it got disabled for being a 150rpm in beyond light

MIDI and drang are still available due to them being needed for the exotic perks of the complimenting guns. Rose isn’t needed at all for lumina now. Although not sure why it wouldn’t be obtainable from collections.
