My PC has never had a problem running at 120FPS at 4K. I'm running a 3950X with a RTX 3090 and 32 GB of RAM. Ever since this update, I get 5 to 10 seconds bursts of stuttering after say ~15 minutes. Then it just stops and will return at random intervals. No frame rate dips, heck it even happens in the menus. CPU and GPU are running normal and aren't getting over utilized. I even did a full wipe of my drives and did a fresh install of windows and steam. Only installed drivers for the system and Destiny 2 and it still persists. Very annoying. Is anyone else having this issue as well?
