Update: I have restarted my game and got no difference.[b] I did find a solution though.[/b] Abandoning the quest and retrieving it again from the Compass will "skip" this step. The speak with Petra criteria gets marked as completed once you reaquire the quest. There was no dialogue with Petra however. I now have the "Wayfinder's Voyage" quest, with 53 steps. Step 4 of the Wayfinder's Voyage 1 quest instructs me to "Visit the Wayfinder's Compass in the Awoken wing of the H.E.L.M to plan your next move." The quest completion criteria is to "Speak to Petra Venj in the H.E.L.M". I would understand that by interacting with the Compass I would enter a dialogue with Petra. Tracking the quest leads me to the Compass on the map. Once interacting with the Compass, it's usual interface appears, Petra does not appear anywhere. Because of this, my progress is locked. I have tried again after leaving and returning to the H.E.L.M multiple times, and I got the same result. I am playing on PC, and I bought the Season Pass after completing the first mission at the very start as soon as I logged in. Also, the quest "Tracing the Stars 1" is incomplete, and on step 2, in case this has any relevance.
