I can't believe it's still not working 15 hours after the launch. I guess i'll see you guardians in other games, i'm going back to dota and apex.

Well both Battleye and Bungie are west coast companies. No one's likely been working on this for over 6 hours now, if they were at all. If measured by metrics of how much engagement and exposure they've put on this issue, this is probably still scribbles on a sticky note that no one in development has actually read yet. You look at other issues/threads and you see the mods collecting information and asking for details, which is usually the sign that they're trying to replicate and identify root cause of a problem. You look at this thread and we've only gotten one acknowledgement that we exist. Best case scenario is that we're probably low priority and we hear/see nothing because nothing is being done until they get the important bugs like the ether collection step in the season activity and Trials of Nine weapon drops get fixed. Worst case is that they're just waiting for Legal and PR to approve the draft of a statement announcing that we're getting cut.

  • Remember that person years ago who sued McDonald for $500,000,000 when she or he found a finger in their burger. Bungie can leave this issue unattended see what happens.

  • No, I'm not aware of that one. Seems like the main difficulty in that case would be proving McDonald's is responsible for putting the finger in there. I do remember the one about a person who sued them for the coffee being too hot and won. But that probably doesn't apply in this situation.

I paid for the game because they stated Windows 7 was supported.
