I am having the Same Issue, i am On Win7, i am Totally disappointed that another Update is forcing me to miss game play, like when shadowkeep launched. Seriously bungie coordinate with your 3rd party Security Guys FFS. glad i held off on Pre-Ordering Witch Queen This morning....

  • Same, held back my pre-order because I just couldn't play because of this error, spend 4 hours reinstalling only to have the same issue is disheartening. Didn't make sense that yesterday I could logon and play just fine, now I'm getting this file missing error.

  • @Winterstrife i was playing last night also trying to earn some last minute materials so i was ready for today, luckily i checked Reddit, These Forums, and Other sources before completely reinstalling. I've had a similar issue in the past with my AV but it wasn't at fault this time.
