Small list of thoughts for the subclass which may help it preform.
Firstly, keep the charged melee's effects when you land a kill with it. But, if the melee doesn't land a kill it uses up the charge and gives you one combination blow stack (and potentially a fourth of your dodge)
This would remove the need for kills without changing the risky playstyle of getting close, thus allowing it to deal with tough enemies more effectively without needing a mob of trash to kill beforehand.
For the dodge I'd keep it the same, but you could give it built in dynamo.
Also could make Raiden Flux trigger on normal melee's as well if you felt like breaking the game a bit. (Don't)
(Could also make the grenades deal no damage but trigger blinds so that closing the gap is safer)
And lastly for the super it would be cool of Combination Blows effected the super damage, and you could build stacks for each consecutive melee combo you pulled off.
All in all kinda dumb in theory.
