About Vex MYTHOCLAST !!!
In order to gain VEX MYTHOCLAST, do I have fully complete the whole raid or just completing Atheon will give me VEX MYTHOCLAST ???

4 RepliesYou can just do Atheon. My team and I already have all of the armor and weapons so we run 1 full raid and change characters at Atheon for our other 2 characters. I got my Vex Mythoclast on my 33rd looted clear during an Atheon only check point

Like last wish, Riven Wish checkpoint farm for 1K... Last Fight in DSC and Killing taniks for EoT only doing the last part (killing Big Boy Atheon) gives you The Vex... you can Checpoint on all three chars and do it this way... no need for full runs... but full runs make more fun tho but for the Cata you need to run a Full one

I remember in D1 It took me 38 clears before I got my vex I have yet to start my sad grind on d2 for it yet

Edited by Emurinus: 8/16/2021 5:51:18 AMYou just need to scrap Atheon, as I got my Mythoclast that way. Beating every encounter isn't necessary. However, Vex's droprate has what seems to be rather unforgiving RNG. It took me about 23 runs to get it (fortunately), so I wish you the best of luck of getting it asap.

If you see a yellow ball next to the chest, chances are you got it to drop. The drop chance is very low for vex mythoclast so doing all 3 characters will yield the best chances of getting it. For clarity, the weapon has a single chance to drop per week per character. May RNGesus be with you my man. Edit- You only need to do atheon, you may skip all other encounters

pretty sure you have to complete it as I've ever only seen/heard it drop on the last chest. Mate got it on first run and only came in half way through... so if thats what your'e asking, no you don't have to run the whole raid just the boss part.

It’s been my experience through 37 possible looted raids that nether matter. It’s a myth and doesn’t drop
