Character's fan mail

Hi, so my fiance is a huge destiny fan and i want to surprise him with an " official letter " letter from his favourite destiny 2 character ( Emperor Calus) Congratulating him on our wedding. Do you have any suggestions about how i can obtain this? Or where to send my fan mail request? Thanks in advance
