anarchy doesn't need a nerf, also nerf teleporting champions
anarchy only does 2k more damage than witherhoard
it's a DAMAGE OVER TIME weapon, we use it because we need TOTAL DAMAGE over time for tanky enemies.
2 anarchy shots on champions is bad, it takes 30 second or more to kill a champion in master/legend lost sector, GM champions. breach and clear makes it 23 sec, 20 if i continuously shoot my anti champions weapon to avoid heal. it needs damage buff instead because master vog/GM/master lost sector the enemies are so tanky that we are forced to use weapons that deal huge amount of damage, now anarchy has 1 million total damage and it takes 2+minutes to do.
take disgraced for example, that boss is the tankiest and primary doesn't move health bar, breach and clear special grenade launcher moves it by 1/2% with anarchy on top, no wonder we use that weapon.
tried lament on master vog gatekeeper and the champion got finishable, but i ran out of ammo,
while anarchy with breach and clear got them finishable only with stun/freeze/stun tactic, being forced to use the meta again.
if you want to nerf it, MAKE ANARCHY A SINGLE TARGET DPS WEAPON, i literally never used it for clearing up enemies.
Also, make more damage over time exotic weapons like witherhoard/anarchy.
