[u][b]PvE[/b][/u]: [i]Minor Combatants[/i]: 1.25 seconds. [i]Major Combatants[/i]: 5.0 seconds. [i]Boss Combatants[/i]: 5.0 seconds. It’s [u][b]PvP[/b][/u]: [i]Guardians[/i]: 2.5 seconds. [i]Guardians In Their Super[/i]: 5.0 seconds. [b]Special Ammo Pickup[/b]: [i]Ammo Brick PvE[/i]: 5.0 seconds. [i]Ammo Brick PvP[/i]: 2.5 seconds [i]Heavy Ammo w/Catalyst[/I]: 2.5 seconds • It takes 2.5 seconds to regenerate one round of ammunition into the magazine, after a kill. This benefit increases in PvP - based on the number of “Sniper Rifle Scavenger” mods you’re using. In PvE; killing combatants will activate the timer. • In PvE, only a few bullets will be granted within the span on 2.5 seconds, meaning you’ll need to kill multiple enemies to acquire ammo. • Picking up special ammo will grant you a desirable amount of rounds in PvE & PvP, but still require 2.5 seconds to generate. [b][u]EXOTIC PERK: (Quantum Combustion)[/u][/b] • Precision kills with Ice Breaker cause enemies to spontaneously combust, dealing massive damage to nearby combatants. • Stack benefit dissipates, after the first shot. Or if the player dies. [u][b]QUANTUM COMBUSTION IN-GAME[/b][/u]: • Text presented as “Quantum Charge 1x - 20x” • Ammo Regain text presented alongside “Quantum Charge 1x: 05:00” • Guardian final blows = 2 stacks of “Quantum Charge” • PvE Combatant final blows = 1 stack of “Quantum Charge” [b][u]EXOTIC CATALYST: (Nano Phoenix)[/u][/b] • +19 Handling. • Lead From Gold • Increases Quantum Charge stacks of 10x to 20x. [b][u]CATALYST REQUIREMENTS:[/u][/b] • Complete 1 Grandmaster Nightfall, Using Ice Breaker. • Defeat 200 Combatants. • 100 Guardians. [i]It’s 1 of 3 choices, not [b]ALL[/b] 3.[/i] [b][u]PvP Sandbox:[/u][/b] • 0 Scavenger: 1 round per 2.5 seconds. • 1 Scavenger: 2 rounds per 2.5 seconds. • PvP player spawns with 0 ammo, in all PvP playlists. Requires kinetic final blows to generate ammo, or special ammo pickup. One kill activates the timer, and within 2.5 seconds; your ammo will be added into the magazine. • Kinetic final blows will only ever generate 1 round into ice breaker.   • I don’t like the idea of always spawning with 0 ammo, but it doesn’t really matter, since Bungie will never implement a community suggestion (check their track record), not to mention they weren’t the biggest fans of revoker (even though they themselves made it), so icebreaker, no land beyond, as well as those 2 shotguns (the 1 that regens ammo & the 1 that uses primary ammo) are weapons they are too scared of to come back, because of the precious boring ‘balance,’ which is ironically non-existent between the classes.
