I see that the last strike you did was Hallowed Lair. Keep in mind that there are areas in strikes, such as the boss room in the Hallowed Lair, in which kills do not count for bounties due to the shear amount of adds in that area. This is intentional; however, if you feel that things aren't being counted correctly, I recommend clearing your console's cache by shutting it down and unplugging it, then leaving it unplugged for about five minutes.
