• Nope but I can give a few reasons why I say it’s a bad idea. Titans: Cryo slide was nerfed for a reason Citans with fast barricades deploy would be bad for quick one way walls As for longer lifts paired with lion ramparts gets all titan subclasses a good dawnblade treatment. Hunter: Dodge further while I would like this personally as a exotic, this being a mod would make hunters more of a pain to deal with. Ability to throw a grenade while dodging? Increased resilience while dodging? You mean damage reduction? Warlock: Strafe while putting down a healing rift, are you asking for Instant or near instant empowering rift for damage/range on demand Forgot the last one. Basically most of the ideas you are putting out sound like they should be part of exotics. You are comparing these to perks that have in game effects like fast ball and traction.

By itself, it could just add an extra meter. I don’t see how that meter is gonna make it impossible to fight against. • Citans wouldn’t be broken because it’s faster by a few frames. That’s like saying reload mods are broken because they shorted reload animations. It’s essentially the same thing, but applies to your class ability. Hopefully that clears that up :-) • I think the prospect of building into something like lion ramparts is cool as hell. Faster movement & longer glides just makes the exotic build more valuable. It could mean a longer time spend in the animation, which would lead to your death. If you’re dodging behind cover, that extra distance doesn’t mean anything. And if you’re dodging towards you, I think that’s equally just as bad. It all comes down to how it’s design to work, but it can 100% work. • imagine if you’re dodging, and have that option to toss your grenade in while in 3rd person? I think that would be extremely useful for certain moments..! It just comes down to how they design it • also yes. You take less take while in your dodge animation. How much? That’s definitely a number that can be played with in both PvP and PvE.
Warlock: Strafe while putting down a healing rift, are you asking for Instant or near instant empowering rift for damage/range on demand Forgot the last one.
• as a warlock main; I can’t tell you how many times I’ve put down a rift, and wished I could strafe through bullets. Sometimes you need that for poor rift placement. • hell not to instant. Lol It would essentially be as fast as something like a reload mod, on a weapon. A decent speed increase, but not busted. This would only work on an empowering rift, which isn’t super popular right now among warlock fans. Most go for healing, since it’s safe.
Basically most of the ideas you are putting out sound like they should be part of exotics. You are comparing these to perks that have in game effects like fast ball and traction.
It’s not unreasonable to think that some exotic ideas came back from D1, and later became mods in D2. Red Death had an unflinching mod as an exotic perk before that was even a thing. Now we have mods that do exactly that. So it’s not out of the question to see these mods play into the build of your character, so long as balance is kept in mind. You could also design Armor 3.0 around this idea that each stat can be individually tuned to work how you want it too.
