The Tower was supposedly lifted of this curse, but the Eliksni Quarter is still affected. I'm pretty sure Quria isn't dead, as that was just too easy for Savathun to just let Quria die. I personally think the curse will come back after Solstice, as Savathun is just playing games with us. Thoughts on situation or did bungo just somehow forget an entire area centered around the season doesn't exist. Also pretty disappointed there's no weekly quest
