I've changed the framerate cap in the cvars file and made sure to change settings in-game(including vsync I've already done all I can in-game), In the advanced display settings in windows and in Nvidia. My frame rate is still stuck at 60 frames per second and this is quite a bummer since I've just upgraded to a 144 Hz monitor. All my other games run at 144 fps but Destiny 2 does not. Does anyone know how I can solve this issue????
