RX 480 4GB was running at a pretty solid 60 on all low and model detail high, sometimes a few dips. Now running at 33-27fps with everything low, have patched to 21.6.1 for AMD drivers and still experiencing heavy performance issues. My game fps lurches in this really weird way, almost feels like my game is limping along - hard to describe. Any help is greatly appreciated
