Please Buff Felwinter's Lie
Why do I have to get close to people to kill them with it. It's range is almost as short as a shotgun's. Also, can the spread be more effective? I don't think it's very effective when you have to actually be looking at your target. It NEEDS more power. Also, can it get more perks at once?
