So I've posted about this during Season of the Hunt (12) and made a point that the "bug report" system for Destiny 2 is pretty much non-existent (it's these forums), and it seems as though MANY things have gone completely unnoticed or purposefully ignored; triumph bugs for previous content is one of them.
There are many triumphs -- which still contribute to the 'active' triumph score -- that are not obtainable due to bugs or broken content. This is only getting worse as Bungie seems to be having issues keeping older content intact as they roll out new seasons.
Much of this content has been broken since the latest expansion release -- Beyond Light. The majority of these issues I, or others, have reported do not appear on the list of known issues.
I'm discovering that the reason for this is because of 1) priority (which likely means it'll never be addressed) and 2) few players care.
It's simply because there aren't enough players who CARE that it's broken, and so they will not fix it.
If people do not hold Bungie accountable for broken/missing content, then they'll never fix it. It's that simple. It's especially difficult to hold them accountable, however, when the reporting (bug) system is practically non-existent except for this forum.
This is both a rant and an informational piece, but my goal is to highlight these issues as this is what's killing the game for all of us who've played for years. The life is being squeezed out of this game through these repeated mistakes. They keep rolling out seasons without proper playtesting and fail to fix bugs that they've introduced a year ago.
Oh yeah, and the chat system is still completely broken for PC. Local, fireteam, and team chat does not work.
