Not getting my prime drops on destiny and i made sure it was connected to the correct account

So i made a bungie account and i claimed and redeemed my rewards and i relogged into destiny but i still havent gotten my rewards i made sure everything was connected to the correct account and it was before i redeemed anything.

  • Hello. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site and then visited Amanda Holliday? Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account as well. If you go into your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url][/b] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url][/b]? If you don’t see your Gear Drop there, you’ll need to restore your connection. To do so, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account.
