Recaster for weekly pinnacles (plus ones only)
RNG has been really bad this season for me so here is an idea. Instead of auto-decrypting the weekly plus 1 for 3 crucibles, strikes or gambit how about making it drop an engram that you can take to the recaster. This way early in the season it's still more random but as the season goes on and more are unlocked you can then focus it to the slot you need. This will then make leveling the recaster important which given the amount of in game drops it really isn't currently.

well more IB Bounties, more primary weapons it's making trying to do any pinnacles activities not worth the time. I was lucky with the exo challenge today to get a heavy weapon but again no armor. Armor is 5 out of 8 possible slots so not sure why weapons seem to be the most dropped from pinnacle activities
