It’s probably just me, but I personally hate jumping puzzles. Expunge for me is not fun, it’s annoying. Just saying. If there’s no exotic I’m not wasting my time.
Bungie Thank You for taking action on Stasis. Crucible is back to being fun.

Glad to know I’m not alone. I can’t stand these Expunge missions. I’ve never, ever been a big fan of platforming in Destiny. There just something about the in game physics, how collisions work, which I really, really don’t like, the way the character tends to bounce of the floor, or walls. I especially hate the beginning section, where you have to run from the vex barrier. I’ve died to that barrier, only to respawn exactly when the barrier comes again, to die immediately again. And the respawn points feel very inconsistent.

I would like it if it had an actual reward. I’ll only do it once for seasonal quest progression.

I actually really liked it. Everything about it is a huge reminder of Tron to me.

Always someone bytchin...🙄

It's hardly a jumping "puzzle" 🤷♂️
-
Fair enough I guess, shame its not for you but I can't blame you for disliking a part of the game that simply doesn't click for you. I wasn't a big fan of the first one cause it was all jumps and a 45 second boss fight, week 2 is a better combination of the two. Maybe the coming weeks will have a few more combat focused. I think there's what, 7 total unique missions? They won't all be platforming based missions so keep an eye out, you might find something worthwhile.

8 mins for a % of a good armor is ok
-
Yeah its kinda lame its not pinnacle. I know you get "high stat" armor, but its been trash rolls.
-
They’re actually pretty easy if you unlock wirewalker on your splicer gauntlet.
-
I enjoyed it. It’s less pew pew and more jump jump. For lack of better phrasing.
-
I know a lot of people who hate jumping puzzles. I feel like if the field of view and movement system was less clunky, you’d probably hate it less. I feel for you.
-
I too do not care for platforming. I skipped the second mission, and I have no plans to run the upcoming missions. Instead, I spent more time in the Crucible.
-
It’s one thing if it was one mission, but having to do one every week just to advance the seasonal storyline makes it’s a chore and not fun. Haven’t even bothered with the second mission yet. Glad there’s override this season

Highly disagree I love jumping puzzles learn how to use your character
