Beyond Light Deluxe Edition Upgrade

Originally I bought deluxe edition before bringing my cross saves over because I was unaware that there was a process. I bought the deluxe edition "upgrade" AFTER bringing my cross saves over and still cant access previous season content. Was trying to get dead mans tale quest from Zavala and got the notification to upgrade, so I did, and it still says I don't have the season to get the quest. I have verified my game files and reinstalled destiny twice now trying different things and still cant get it to work. I literally cant buy the deluxe edition again, there are no more versions of deluxe edition, what am I suppose to do? PS: I have tried posting about my issue multiple times with no help so I guess I'm just gonna copy and paste this until someone from bungie can actually assist? If they even look at these.

  • Hi there, Looking at your account you logged in with your Steam characters prior to enabling Cross Save for your Xbox characters, which resulted in your Season Passes being all applied to your currently obscured Steam characters instead. You will need to purchase the Season Passes individually on your Xbox characters, or purchase the Deluxe Edition/ Deluxe Edition Upgrade on a different console and ensure your Xbox characters are the first characters to log into it after purchase.
